• JACHO launched a new generation of health care information about the quality and safety of care provided in its accredited health care organizations across the country.  The Joint commission’s Quality Check provides - through organization specific Quality Reports - clear, objective data to the public that will permit them to compare local hospitals, home care agencies, nursing homes, laboratories, and ambulatory care organizations with others on state and national bases.  Individuals can access Quality Check and search for organizations by name, type, and/or location.  Individuals who are unable to access Quality Check online can call Joint Commission Customer Service at (630) 792-5800, 8:30am to 5:00pm CT, weekdays.
